Associate Attorney

We are seeking a 2+ years experienced Associate Attorney with a focus on litigation to join the team, handling complex legal matters, managing client relationships, and developing courtroom experience.

• Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research, analyze legal issues, and develop case strategies.

  • Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.

  • Assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.

  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case updates, legal options, and legal strategies.

  • Manage case deadlines and caseloads while collaborating with attorneys and staff to deliver effective legal solutions and maintain professional and ethical standards.

  Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Active license to practice law in Texas.

  • 2+ years of legal experience preferred.

  • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Experience with litigation, court appearances, mediations, or negotiations preferred, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
