we are seeking a motivate , outgoing and results driving - marketing , Representative to join our home health team . the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relation ships with hospitals. physicians , clinics , rehabilitation centers skill nursing facilities , assisting living facilities and other health care professional to generate new patients referrals and increase agency growth.

JOB Responsibilities: developed and maintain professionals relations ships with physicians , hospitals , discharge planers , case managers , social workers , and health care facilities.

generate new patient referrals and increase home health admissions.

conduct regular marketer visits to hospital , clinics , physicians offices and other referrals sources.

promote the agency home health services and communicate our company's strengths.

identify new business opportunities and stablish partnerships .

meet weekly and monthly marketing and referrals goals , maintain accurate records of marketing activities , contacts and referrals sources ,

qualifications: previous home health , hospice PAS or medical sales experience prefer.
