We are seeking a Lead Sign Installer to become a part of our team! You will lead installation and repair of various signs with the help of a junior installer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead installation and repair of machinery and electronic equipment
  • Laying Vinyl
  • Attaching Signs to various facia
  • Making electrical connections
  • Surveying facias and signs
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Track all equipment and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Complete required certifications (as necessary, paid for by company)

Qualifications:

  • Must have previous experience in installation and construction (2+ years)
  • Know how to safely and efficiently use power tools and electrical connections
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High attention to detail
  • No drama
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Willingness to teach

Pay:

Lead installers earn 30% commission on installs they perform, minus the hourly pay of helpers.

Installers at the top end of the pay range have 10+ years experience installing electric signs, a CDL, and a crane operator's certification.
