Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday | 1st Shift 5:30-7:00 am to 2:00 pm (Start time may vary based on early check ins)

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Orlando! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive experience for customers and guests.
Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors at an onsite training center. Responsibilities will include coordinating daily customer service operations, assisting with training center activities, handling reception duties, and working with various departments to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, clients, and guests visiting the training center.
Provide a welcoming, professional, and positive customer experience.
Assist customers with questions regarding training schedules, course changes, travel arrangements, transportation, hotels, and other logistical needs.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
Perform front desk and reception duties, including greeting visitors and providing information.
Prepare and organize training materials, including ordering and printing course documentation.
Ensure training rooms and facilities are clean, organized, and properly prepared for scheduled courses.
Assist with daily operations and other customer service-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
Able to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
Must be available to work Saturday – Wednesday on 1st shift.
