Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in South Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade, supporting students with their developmental, functional, and educational needs.
Assignment Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: End of the School Year (EOSY).
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Student Population: Pre-K through 12th grade.
- Setting: School-based.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to students across assigned grade levels.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
- Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers.
- Help students improve their independence and participation in the school environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Experience working with students across multiple age groups.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for supporting students' educational and developmental success.
