Machine Operator

Job Title: Operator 2 – Machine

Location: Columbus, NE 68601
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Pay Rate: $22.70/hour (Shift Differential Included)
Contract: 12 months contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. The candidate will be responsible for operating equipment, inspecting and packaging products, maintaining product quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and monitor equipment performance.
• Visually inspect, test, and package finished products.
• Perform equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and stock necessary supplies.
• Record accurate inspection and production data.
• Respond to machine alarms and reset equipment as needed.
• Handle raw materials and finished goods.
• Follow quality control, safety, and cleanroom procedures.
• Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain productivity.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Spanish.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Regular and punctual attendance is essential.
