We're seeking an enthusiastic, member-focused Universal Member Agent to join our team at our Rhinelander branch. This position plays a key role in creating exceptional member experiences by assisting with a variety of financial transactions, identifying member needs, and building strong relationships that support our members' financial success.

As a Universal Member Agent, you will be one of the first points of contact for our members, providing friendly, knowledgeable service while helping them navigate products and services that fit their goals. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills in both teller and member service functions, making a meaningful impact every day while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Deliver exceptional service by assisting members with transactions, account maintenance, and general inquiries.
• Build strong member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products and services that support their financial well-being.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Assist members with account openings, service requests, and digital banking solutions.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating with coworkers and supporting branch goals while creating an outstanding member experience.
