Pay Range: [$22.00] /hr. on w2

Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Associate I to join our dynamic team supporting the ACCU-CHEK portfolio for diabetes management. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or assembly operations and a proven ability to set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to meet quality and production goals. This role operates on the 3rd shift, 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, Sunday through Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of diabetic testing strips.
Follow process sheets and written or verbal instructions to execute production tasks safely and accurately.
Inspect in-process and finished product against predetermined tolerances and quality standards.
Provide operational support within the assigned area and interface with internal customers.
Perform semi-routine duties of a specialized nature and handle more complex production tasks as assigned.
Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and contribute to quality objectives through daily actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
Ability to read and follow process documentation and verbal instructions.
Basic mechanical aptitude to set up and operate production equipment.
Attention to detail with competency in inspection against tolerances.
Preferred Skills:
Background supporting medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with continuous improvement and quality system practices.
