Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $400,000+ per year
Includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and performance incentives. No caps. No limits.

We’re seeking driven, people-focused professionals with:

• A desire to work in person in a supportive, collaborative office environment.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills and disciplined CRM use, with proficiency in MS Office, Team, and LinkedIn.
• A proactive, hunter-minded approach to sales, with the ability to independently identify prospects, generate leads, and build a pipeline through research, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• A passion for learning, technology, and delivering solutions that support customer success.
• Proven ability to prospect for and qualify opportunities with a realistic path to close within 90 days.

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience in audiovisual (AV), IT, security, or B2B technology solutions.
• Experience selling to or developing relationships with customers in education, corporate, government, entertainment, or healthcare markets.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
