Store Manager

$40,000–50,000 a year. Run the store, lead the team, keep it stocked.

Grab-N-Geaux is looking for a Store Managers in Lafayette. This is a people-and-product role: you build the schedule, lead the crew, place the orders, and hold the store to our standards. Corporate handles the P&L and the reporting analysis, and your weekly reports are how the company sees your store. We operate 30 locations across Southwest Louisiana and we are actively growing in the Lafayette market.

• $40,000 – $50,000 per year

Grab-N-Geaux is a food-centric convenience store, and we run on CCQ Cleanliness, Quality, and Uncommon Courtesy. A clean store, food we are proud to sell, and treating every guest better than they expected. Holding your store to CCQ on every shift is the core of this role.

• Hire, train, schedule, and lead your crew across all three shifts
• Place your store’s orders and keep the store in stock without carrying excess product
• Receive vendor deliveries and conduct inventory counts
• Complete weekly reports accurately and on time
• Run a food-first store to CCQ: the kitchen, the hot case, the coffee bar, and the counter
• Hold the store to company standards for stock levels, presentation, cleanliness, restrooms, lot, and fuel islands
• Execute promotions and planograms as issued
• Maintain alcohol, tobacco, and lottery compliance and hold your team to it
• Resolve guest issues at store level and escalate those that require it
• Maintain site safety: equipment, cash handling, and incident reporting

Required:

• Two or more years leading a team in retail, restaurant, or a similar operation
• Experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance
• Organized enough to order accurately and submit reports on time each week
• Availability on a manager’s schedule, including some weekends and holidays
• Louisiana Responsible Vendor permit prior to your first shift
• Reliable transportation to Lafayette, LA

Preferred:

• Convenience store or fuel retail experience
• Experience running a kitchen or food service program alongside retail
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more

Our founders learned the gas station and convenience store business in Texas, perfected their barbecue, and brought both to Lake Charles. Today we operate 30 stores across Southwest Louisiana, and our smokehouse remains the reason guests go out of their way to visit us. We are a Louisiana company, we are still growing, and every store is staffed by people from the community it serves.
