Core Responsibilities:
Responsible to oversee and coordinate all electrical aspects of building and infrastructure projects -from initial planning and design to field installation, testing, and final inspection.
Field and Team Leadership:
Direct, supervise, and mentorconstruction crews, foreman, and site superintendents.
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop and track detailed schedules, daily/weekly work plans, material logistics, and manpower forecasts. Point of contact for GC's, electrical engineers, AHJ's and utility providers.
Budget and Cost Management:
Oversee project budgets, financial projections, change orders, RFI's, and Submittals.
Safety and Code Compliance:
Keenly aware of National Electrical Code standards and site specific safety protocols.
Technical Skills:
Journeyman Electrician, Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints/schematics, high level understanding of NEC code, load calculations, Bachelors Degree (preferred)
