Spray Foam Installer

LEGACY CONSTRUCTION GUTTER AND STEEL LLC is seeking a Spray Foam Installer to support residential and commercial projects in Rochester, IL.

The Spray Foam Installer will apply spray foam insulation safely and accurately to help improve energy efficiency, air sealing, and building performance. This role is hands-on and project-focused, requiring attention to detail, consistent workmanship, and adherence to job-site safety standards.

You will work as part of a crew to prepare surfaces, apply insulation according to project specifications, and ensure finished work meets quality requirements.

• Prepare job sites and substrates for spray foam application, including proper setup and surface readiness

• Apply spray foam insulation accurately according to project plans, specifications, and application requirements

• Ensure correct coverage, thickness, and placement while maintaining clean, professional results

• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment throughout the installation process

• Coordinate with team members to support efficient project completion and meet on-time milestones

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying job-site conditions

• Basic understanding of insulation application practices and attention to detail

• Commitment to safety practices and following site protocols at all times

• Strong reliability and the ability to work effectively with a team

• Willingness to learn and follow procedures to ensure consistent installation quality

• Prior experience installing spray foam insulation or similar building materials

• Familiarity with job-site quality standards, measurement, and layout basics

• Experience working directly on residential or commercial construction projects

• Comfort working at heights or in confined spaces when required by the job

Hourly rate: $20.00 - $28.00
