Sand Property Management is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager to join our team and oversee operations at TRIO at Southbridge, a 100-unit residential community in Shakopee, MN. Established in 1991 and headquartered in Waite Park, MN, Sand Property Management is a leader in residential and commercial property management across the Midwest, with a focus on rental market and affordable housing.
This is a full-time, salaried position offering $55,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of a large residential community
- Lead initiatives in leasing, marketing, collections, and resident retention
- Support marketing efforts to promote the property, increase visibility, and maintain strong occupancy
- Supervise, support, and provide direction to on-site staff and vendors
- Maintain high standards for property appearance and resident satisfaction
- Coordinate inspections, move-ins and move-outs, and maintenance requests
- Monitor property operations and help ensure established policies and procedures are followed
- Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and community partners
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years of property management or related experience
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager preferred
- Marketing background and/or experience preferred
- Experience supporting diverse populations
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively lead and support a team in a large residential community
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
