Title: Payment Processor
Hours: 8am - Finish (Usually 4:30) (could vary depending on volume. High Volume could be 6pm low volume days could be out by 2 or 3)
Pay: 19-21/ Per Hour, depending on experience - could go a bit higher for strong experience (5years)
Location: North Brunswick Twp, NJ

The role involves processing Lockbox remittance with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

• Sort, open, organize, and scan incoming mail using high speed OPEX scanners
• Package processed remittance for client and/or bank delivery
• Ensure accounts are consistently processed according to client specifications
• Maintain established production and accuracy standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or site manager
• must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
• 1+ year or payment processing experience or experience working in a HIPAA compliant facility or experience working in a financial institution or lockbox experience
• ability to work in fast paced, high productivity and deadline oriented environment
• requires the ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to work under limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills with attention to details
• must be computer literate
• must be proficient using 10-key pad
• must have basic math skills
• good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• high school diploma required
• background check required
• drug screening required
