Now Hiring: Production Operator
Location: Neenah, WI (Onsite)
Pay: $25.25/hour (W-2)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our manufacturing team in Neenah, WI! In this role, you will operate manufacturing machinery used to produce paper and fabric-based personal care products, including Depends and Poise.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, mechanical, automotive repair, or hands-on technical experience who are looking to build a long-term career.
No previous machine operating experience is required! We are willing to train candidates who have a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Perform basic repairs and adjustments when needed.
- Splice materials as part of the production process.
- Conduct routine quality inspections throughout each shift.
- Track production, waste, delays, and quality results.
- Complete production reports and required documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities throughout the shift.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work history.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
- Manufacturing or machine operation.
- Automotive or mechanical repair shops.
- Equipment maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Hands-on technical or mechanical work.
