WE’RE HIRING – Planner & Production Scheduler
Location: Rochester, New York
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Industry: Aerospace / Precision Manufacturing
Compensation: $30–$35/hour
TekPro is a direct-hire recruitment firm partnering with leading manufacturing and engineering companies across the United States. We’re currently seeking an experienced Planner & Production Scheduler to help coordinate production schedules and keep customers, suppliers, materials, and manufacturing timelines aligned.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of production planning or scheduling experience
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Aerospace experience highly preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP or scheduling systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Production, customers, and suppliers
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience developing and maintaining production schedules
