WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Building Maintenance Carpenter!

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior professional carpentry, construction, or facility maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, measurements, and installation methods
• Ability to read measurements and complete projects accurately
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work the assigned schedule
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed
• Ability to lift and carry materials, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and remain physically active throughout the workday

DAY-TO-DAY

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM, with at least two half-day Saturdays per month. Overtime is paid for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

As our Building Maintenance Carpenter, you'll help keep our facilities operating at their best by completing a variety of carpentry, repair, and maintenance projects. Your day may include building or repairing walls, doors, shelving, cabinets, and fixtures, completing drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing work, inspecting areas for improvements, and ensuring projects are completed safely and accurately. You'll also maintain tools and equipment, coordinate material pickups when needed, and occasionally support projects at customer job sites, making each day productive, rewarding, and different from the last.
