Manufacturing Supervisor

Join a growing manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Supervisor, where you'll lead daily production operations, support employees on the plant floor, and drive a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching teams, solving problems, and making a direct impact on production performance.

Schedule: First Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Some flexibility is needed to support shift handoffs.

• Lead and support a team of approximately 35 production associates in a manufacturing environment.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, ensuring employees have the resources and support they need to succeed.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Monitor production performance and address issues that impact productivity, efficiency, or quality.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members while maintaining positive employee relations.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
• Experience supporting production teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
• Union manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $90,000, with flexibility based on experience.
