Real Estate Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join a leading Am Law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level real estate attorney to join a sophisticated Real Estate Group and handle a broad range of transactional matters.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions.

• Handle acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing matters.

• Assist with real estate financing transactions.

• Manage small-to-mid-sized matters and portions of larger, complex matters.

• Conduct legal research and communicate effectively with clients and other attorneys.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of real estate experience.

• Large law firm experience preferred; boutique real estate firm experience will also be considered.

• Strong oral communication, research, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage matters efficiently and effectively.

• Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.

• Active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar.

Compensation: $260,000-$365,000, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
