Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-aged children, including K-12 populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and report outcomes in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Provide consultative support and resources to educators and families on speech and language development
- Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts within the school
- Educate and advocate for students’ communication needs to support their educational success
