What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for our staff and clients
  • Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term
  • Developing and leading other team members
  • Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory / RFT
  • May attend trainings or GABA or other conference

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

  • Caseload size:8-10
  • Billable hour expectations:20-27

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

  • Base salary:$90-95K
  • Bonus structure:$4K-7K annually

  • Schedule flexibility / remote options:2 remote days per month (24 days per year)
