Required Qualifications:
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license to practice as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Deliver both individual and group interventions to maximize student outcomes
- Support inclusive practices by consulting and coaching school staff to facilitate successful classroom integration
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding progress
