We are a growing Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC service company looking for a motivated, organized, people-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative with experience in dispatching and administrative support to help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.

This role is NOT just answering phones. You'll be the communication hub between customers, technicians, and office staff - helping coordinate service calls, solve scheduling challenges, and create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and urgency
• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Coordinate service appointments for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC calls
• Maintain accurate job information and scheduling updates in Service Titan
• Assist customers with memberships, maintenance scheduling, invoices, and payments
• Follow up on estimates, customer satisfaction, and open jobs
• Support office operations including permits, proposals, and administrative tasks
• Work closely with a supportive team that values accountability and communication

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Can multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience with administrative support and office coordination
• Has dispatching experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service industries
• Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Has experience with Service Titan (helpful, but not required - we will train the right person)
• Brings a positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
