Position: Assistant Manager
Pay: $42,000 – $48,000 per year + bonus opportunities
Location: Andy’s Frozen Custard – Round Rock

The Role: As an
Assistant Manager, you are a key leader in the store. You’ll help run daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.
This is not an “easy” role it’s for someone who enjoys being challenged, leading from the front, and holding high standards.
What You’ll Do:- Lead shifts and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence
- Coach and develop team members and shift leaders
- Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability
- Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality
- Handle cash and ensure operational accuracy
- Set the tone for energy, urgency, and guest experience
Schedule Expectations:- Full-time (42–45 hours/week)
- Must be available nights and weekends
- Typical shifts:
- Opening: 9:00 AM – 5/6 PM
- Closing: 3/4 PM – ~1 hour after close
- Store hours:
- Sun–Thurs: 11 AM – 11 PM
- Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 11:30 PM
- Extended summer hours apply
What We’re Looking For:- 1–2+ years of leadership experience in food service or high-volume retail
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure
- Comfortable holding others accountable to standards
- Valid Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
