Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
Work-Life Balance:Hybrid Schedule offering flexibility between center-based care and administrative tasks.
Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 Paid PTO Days per year to help you recharge and maintain clinical excellence.
Paid Holidays: 10 Paid Holidays per year.

Key Responsibilities
1. Behavioral Assessment & Treatment Planning
Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to identify the function of behaviors and current skill levels.
Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP/BIP) using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
2. Supervision & Mentorship
Provide direct, ongoing clinical supervision, mentorship, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and line staff to ensure consistent and ethical treatment delivery.
Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions to promote skill generalization across clinic, home, and community settings.
3. Data Analysis & Compliance
Continuously collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data to make data-driven treatment modifications.
Ensure all clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress reports, supervision notes) is completed accurately and in a timely manner adhering to BACB guidelines.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (clinical psychologists, speech therapists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive client care.
Qualifications Required
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
Licensure: Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
Education: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Experience: Demonstrated clinical experience developing and supervising ABA programs for individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities.
Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication abilities.
