Total Compensation Potential for this Occupational Therapy Position is:

OTR = $80/hour ($20/unit) and $150/eval

COTA = $65/hour ($16.25 unit)

Location:22122 20th Avenue SE, Suite H-158, Bothell,WA 98021

Schedule: Afternoon/Evening Hours Needed: 4pm or 5pm to 7pm up to 5 nights a week as desired

Requirements:

• 1+ years in pediatrics preferred (not required however)

Qualifications of this Occupational Therapyposition include the following:

• Experience in pediatric OccupationalTherapy preferred but not mandatory
• Washington Statelicense in Occupational Therapy
• OTR or COTA
• Passion for changing the lives of others
