What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative procedures, fillings, crowns, preventive care, and treatment planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and families.
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from diagnosis through treatment.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established clinical standards.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through CE, mentorship, and training.
What We’re Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active Texas dental license or eligibility for licensure.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Desire to grow clinically and professionally.
