Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN

Location: Frederick, MD
Facility: Autumn Lake @ Ballenger Creek
Salary: $55–$60/hour (PRN)

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in our skilled nursing facility.

Key Duties:

• Evaluate residents and create care plans
• Provide mobility and pain management treatments
• Supervise PTA staff
• Document resident progress

Requirements:

• Active PT license
