Job Description

Job Description
Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Orlando, FL

Full-Time or Part-Time | Pediatric Therapy | Consistent Daytime Schedule

What if pediatric therapy were designed around the therapist, too?

Language Link Therapy is expanding in Orlando, and we're looking for an additional Occupational Therapist who wants to practice differently.

We've redesigned the traditional pediatric therapy model by bringing therapy directly into the places children already spend their day. We partner with ABA centers, private schools and preschools to create an environment where therapists can maintain consistent schedules, collaborate with other professionals, and spend more of their day actually treating children.

Why This Position Is Different

Our Orlando therapists work from established partner locations rather than spending their day driving from patient to patient or dealing with consistent no shows and late evenings. Patients are scheduled back-to-back, allowing you to build a consistent caseload while working alongside the professionals who are already part of each child's care team.

You'll primarily work with young children with developmental needs, with an emphasis on early intervention and children approximately ages 2–7.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who:

  • Holds a Florida Occupational Therapist license

  • Enjoys working with young children

  • Is comfortable working collaboratively with families, educators, ABA teams and other therapy disciplines

  • Values consistency, communication and continuity of care

  • Wants to grow with an expanding pediatric therapy organization

Both experienced pediatric OTs and clinicians earlier in their careers are encouraged to reach out.

The Opportunity

Language Link Therapy is growing throughout Florida through partnerships with ABA centers, schools and early-childhood programs. We're building a model designed to make pediatric therapy more collaborative and sustainable for clinicians while making high-quality services easier for families to access.

We're not simply filling a schedule. We're looking for clinicians who want to be part of what we're building.
