Store Manager to lead our Fruitville Pike, Lancaster location. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing a family-owned company that has been serving South Central Pennsylvania since 1932.
What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the location, including:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving appliance and water treatment sales growth
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience from showroom to installation
- Managing daily store operations and ensuring operational excellence
- Building relationships with builders, remodelers, designers, and community organizations
- Supporting local marketing, networking, and community events
- Promoting our water treatment solutions and helping customers understand the impact water quality has on their homes and appliances
- Upholding the values and culture that make LH Brubaker a trusted name in our community
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is:
- A proven leader with retail, showroom, or sales management experience
- Passionate about coaching and developing people
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Results-oriented and comfortable working toward sales goals
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experienced in home improvement, appliances, water treatment, construction, or related industries (preferred)
