Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially ages 4 through 14
- Comfort and proficiency in individual and group therapy settings
- Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
- Will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Prior school-based or teletherapy experience is a plus
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to a diverse student caseload, primarily 5th–8th grade
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and administrative teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote student communication skills
- Foster positive relationships with students and families to encourage engagement and growth
