Main Assembly Operator

Join Kelly® and Mentor, part of the Johnson & Johnson family, as a Main Assembly Operator. Your careful work helps manufacture breast implants used by patients, including people recovering from breast cancer. If you’re detail-focused and ready to contribute on a fast-paced production team, this could be the opportunity for you.

Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $17.50/hour for 1st and 2nd shifts; $18.50/hour for 3rd shift

Choose your shift
  • 1st shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | $17.50/hour
  • 2nd shift: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM | $17.50/hour
  • 3rd shift: 9:00 PM–5:30 AM | $18.50/hour

What you’ll do
  • Assemble and inspect shell linings for medical devices.
  • Follow cleanroom procedures and wear scrubs.
  • Perform repetitive, hands-on tasks in a busy production environment.
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and make basic repairs.
  • Record production details using a tablet or computer.
  • Work with teammates to meet quality and productivity standards.
What you’ll bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
  • A dependable, team-first approach.
  • Comfort with repetitive work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to follow cleanroom requirements; tablet or computer documentation experience is a plus.
Cleanroom requirements

To maintain a controlled environment, jewelry, makeup, lotions, perfumes, false eyelashes, and fingernails extending past your fingertips aren’t permitted inside the cleanroom.
