We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Construction Laborer / Carpenter Helper to join our growing team. This position offers hands-on experience in commercial construction and an opportunity to grow into a skilled trade career.
Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters and site supervisors with daily construction activities
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools
- Perform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removal
- Assist with drywall, framing, flooring, painting, and finish work
- Set up and maintain a safe and organized job site
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirements
Requirements:
- Construction experience preferred but willing to train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to various job sites
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
