Henry Rehab and Nursing is seeking a Cook for full-time opportunities at our skilled nursing facility. We currently have openings on multiple shifts and are looking for someone who enjoys preparing quality meals that help make every resident's day a little brighter.
Compensation
$16.00-$17.28 per hour
As a Cook, you will:
- Prepare meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
- Review special diet requirements before meal service.
- Ensure meals are prepared, portioned, and presented with quality and consistency.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the dietary team to provide an excellent dining experience for residents.
Qualifications
- One year of cooking experience preferred.
- Healthcare, long-term care, or food service experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
