Kelly® is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to acold storage logistics companyin Milwaukee, WI!

Requirements Only those meeting these requirements will be considered:
  • Previous stand-up reach forklift experience is required.
  • Ability to work in freezer temperatures as low as -20°ree;F while wearing company-provided freezer gear and PPE.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.
Pay
  • 1st Shift:$20.50 per hour
  • 3rd Shift:$22.50 per hour(includes $2.00 shift differential)

Employees hired permanently by Lineage earn:

  • 1st Shift:$22.00 per hour
  • 3rd Shift:$24.00 per hour(includes shift differential)

1st Shift

  • Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM(5 openings)
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM(1 opening)

3rd Shift

  • Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM(1 opening)
  • Monday-Thursday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM(1 opening)
  • Tuesday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM(1 opening)
What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Pick, put away, and stage palletized inventory in elevated rack locations.
  • Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and trailers.
  • Use RF scanners to accurately record product information, inventory counts, and locations.
  • Complete daily forklift inspections and perform basic equipment checks.
  • Maintain battery charging stations and equipment cleanliness.
  • Follow all company safety policies while working in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
