Overview

Suncore is looking for hardworking Construction Laborers/ Top Hands to join our pipe crews. If you’ve worked around underground utilities as a laborer or top hand - or you’re ready to learn the trade - this is an opportunity to build your skills and advance your career.

You’ll work alongside experienced pipe crews, support equipment operators, and gain hands-on experience with underground utility installation. You'll be able to grow your skills.

• Support pipe crews with excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and site preparation.

• Assist with pipe installation and underground utility work.

• Signal equipment operators and help safely position materials and equipment.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

• Control traffic and maintain safe work zones.

• Use hand tools and equipment such as shovels, picks, rakes, and compactors.

• Follow plans, instructions, and established safety procedures.

• Construction experience, preferably on a pipe or underground utility crew

• Experience as alaborer, top hand, or similar roleis a plus.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions, including heat.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance

• Must be18 years or older
