JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description:

The Brock Group is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill an opening for a Payroll Administrator. This position will be based in our Beaumont, Texas regional office.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process garnishments from federal, state, and local agencies
  • Interact with government agencies on garnishment orders as needed
  • Provides customer service support to employees with any payroll issues.
  • Maintain procedural and processing documentation
  • Collect, track, and process Vehicle imputed income
  • Familiar with multi state and local payroll taxes
  • Knowledge of state online tax systems
  • Assist with multi-state tax reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment
  • Problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual preferred but not mandatory
