Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills):
- 2-3 years related experience required.
- Should have a minimum of high school completion, GED.
- Recruiting experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Proven success delivering results through people.
- Must have ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels of the organization.
- Must have ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting work priorities and direction to ensure resources and focus on the highest value work.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) a plus.
- Transportation Industry experience preferred.
