Store aircraft components and other customer property securely and safely . Follow SOPs and JSAs when operating GSE. Act as mentor and assist in training new employees in CMPs, maintenance manuals, SRMs, IPC usage, flight test installations, Solumina, RS compliance records, and all maintenance of major components. Participate in SMS, including investigations and participation in Site Safety Council . Assist or lead problem solving initiatives and process implementation. Support Lean activities . Maintain a current knowledge of industry standards, vendor information, and all other procedures, pubs, and a general knowledge pertaining to product support maintenance . Identify risk and recommend mitigation options to leadership .Additional Functions: Use material tracking system to create parts demand and charge labor to correct work orders and item numbers.
