Participate in analysis, planning, design, development, review, implementation, post implementation support and documentation of Machine Learning solutions. Provide software and technology research, analysis, and recommendations. Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software. Assist the support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues as soon as they are identified. Code/feature deliverables, following unit tests standards and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge. Participate actively in Agile/Scrum development methodology including daily standups, planning (development estimation), User Story Grooming, and tasking. Collaborate with application architects, product owner and subject matter experts to design and implement advanced machine learning solutions. Contribute to the overall Architecture and implementation of Machine Learning infrastructure, data pipelines and APIs. Support software operations, test and debug programs, both in Lab and Production environments. Act as a technical lead for the team to help team deliver end to end Machine Learning solutions right from project inception to the deployment. Assist the stakeholders and leaders on Machine Learning project estimation, planning, risk identification and risk mitigation. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Machine learning based projects using libraries and frameworks including Python, Keras, Numpy, Pandas, Tensorflow or Neural Networks; SQL and NoSQL including MongoDB or Elastic Search; Software development tools including GIT, Jupyter, JIRA, Maven or Jenkins; Microservices architecture; Service Oriented Architecture (SOA); RESTful APIs; Data Structures; Object Oriented Programming; Cloud Technology including AWS; Design patterns; Natural Language Processing (NLP); Deep machine learning methods including Neural Nets, LSTM layers, dense networks, BERT, CNN models and embedding systems.
