The Speech Language Pathologist organizes and provides speech-language services for the agency to facilitate rehabilitation. Also, the Speech Language Pathologist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. They direct activities to promote and maintain health, within the scope of practice and consistent with the Code of Ethics of the profession. This position provides a flexible schedule and work environment in various settings.RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. As necessary or applicable, supervision of CFYs temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.2. Responsible for adherence to department and patient treatment schedule, timely clinical and billing documentation requirements as well as work related meetings.3. Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.4. Communicates and interacts with co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.Position Responsibilities:Review work schedule, perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations. Work from preventative maintenance schedules, various checklists, manuals, diagrams, specifications, vehicle file and instructions.Assist in performing regular scheduled tractor inspections, complete checklists, troubleshoot and make routine repairs as required. Perform major repair work to tractors and trailers, disassemble, remove, repair or replace defective parts or components of gas or diesel engines, transmissions, steering mechanisms, ignition, electrical and hydraulic systems, air conditioning, refrigeration controls and units, clutches, brakes and mechanical or electrical operating units.Assist in servicing and repairing refrigeration units, repair engines, repair leaks, replace tubing, condensers, thermal controls, and recharge units with approved refrigerant gas.Operate electric arc welding equipment to repair ramps, ladders and tripods, repair or construct new cargo bars.Assist on road service trips, maintain required logs, records, checklists and reports, maintain garage tools, equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner.Perform other similar or related operations as assigned or directed. The Diesel Technician - Class B keeps our associates safe by repairing, maintaining, and overhauling all company fleet diesel equipment to ensure a safe operation for associates’ usage and ensure compliance standards are met.Primary Responsibilities:The Diesel Technician – Class B performs preventative maintenance of medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, and convertor dollies under minimal supervision. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Completes and performs preventative maintenance on minor repairs and standard component inspections/ repairs of fleet diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units).
