Overview: The Maintenance Technician is to assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property. This involves ensuring a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.5.
