Essential Functions: Conduct clinical intake assessment and provide ongoing clinical and crisis interventions for clients.Screens UCs for human trafficking concerns.Collaborate regularly with case management team to provide the clinical perspective in the assessment, service provision, and discharge of UCs within the ORR-mandated timeframes.Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions and weekly group counseling sessions with UC clients.Conduct sponsor assessments and provide clinical expertise in sponsor reunification cases.Apply a working knowledge of child welfare best practices to protect all clients in care and mitigate risk factors where possible.Maintain documentation of all clinical activities in accordance with ORR policyMaintain an updated, working knowledge of DHS and UC/ORR policy and operating procedures.Meet regularly with supervisor to consult on cases, review case plan decisions, and evaluate client progress.Provide translation support as needed for clients, sponsors, and staff.Other duties as assigned.
