ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (80-85%) Patient Mammography Imaging Screens patient before exam for any precautions or contradictions pertaining to examination, using two patient identifiers to ensure correct patient and procedure Explains and prepares patients for Mammography imaging procedures that will be performed, explaining the procedure, positioning patients so that the parts of the body can be appropriatelyPerforms routine and advanced Mammography imaging procedures on designated portions of the body for use by physicians in the diagnosing and treating of patient illness and/or injury with minimal amount of supervision or repeats scanned, while providing patient support by talking to patients throughout procedure Adjusts Mammography scan parameters correctly and as needed, utilizing dose reduction techniques as appropriateMaintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologist, referring customers and other associates and peersFollows physicians' orders precisely and conforms to safety regulations to protect yourself, your patients, and coworkersAccurately maintains patient records within Radiology Information System (RIS)Maintains an orderly and clean work area promoting good safety habits for patients and co-workersMaintains ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements Maintains equipment in good working order; cleans and disinfects equipment after each useEnsures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines (10-15%) Team Supervision Assists in the hiring process for new associates Coordinates the training and onboarding of new associatesLeads regular team meetings and associates one-on-ones Monitors and approves timecards Initiates and participates in performance reviews, development, and performance management of associates Develops associate schedules to provide for planned time off, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and adequate coverage Evaluates workflow and implements process improvements for the team Ensures team has knowledge of company and department policies and corresponding procedures are in place Supports associates ensuring highest level of patient satisfaction Leads special projects and/or committees, as assigned Manages other departments in the absence of manager or peers and coordinates schedule to ensure appropriate coverage (5%) Completes other tasks as assigned

Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.Monitors resident's response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals in accordance with physician orders.Develops appropriate home or community programming to maintain and enhance the performance of the resident in their own environment.Provides clinical information in a timely manner concerning safety and functional needs for discharge.Reviews the quality and appropriateness of the total services delivered and of individual occupational therapy programs for effectiveness and efficiency, using predetermined criteria.Develop, evaluate, plan, implement and follow-up on resident therapy programs.Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the resident.Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.Adheres to established confidentiality standards.Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in treatment plan.Follows management direction.Assists with and participates in Continuous Quality Improvement Program as directed.
