What this job involves: Oversees the daily operation of the site HVAC/HVAC-R, utilities, and site systems. This will include water, steam, and additional site systems. This position has a strong focus on maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all systems. A very high percentage of “wrench time” is expected. Individuals are expected to demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC-R maintenance & troubleshooting and be multi-skilled in other areas (pipe fitting/plumbing, electrical) in order to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments. Strong mechanical and electrical ability required.
