We are modeled after Concierge Medicine and go above and beyond to provide the highest level of customer service and care to our patients. The member's experience at HealthWorks is extremely convenient and accessible, with our locations being onsite or near site to the employer, and well dispersed throughout the county. HealthWorks providers and clinical support staff provide relationship-based care and are able to spend quality time with members. Our network of primary care practices is growing and we currently have 10 locations; opening 2-4 new offices a year. This position is for a new practice opening at Manheim Township School District.POSITION SUMMARY: To provide nursing services to patients at a provider’s office. Patient care includes care to patients in following age group: pediatric (infant to 12 years), adolescent (13 to 17 years), adult (18 to 64 years) and geriatric (over 64 years).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:Provides clinical advice by phone/electronic correspondence based on clinical judgments and/or triage protocols in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice.
