The goal of this program is focused on providing professional nurses with a minimum of one year of practice with the adult or pediatric population to pursue their desire to become a pediatric ICU nurse. This program will teach the participant everything needed to become a successful pediatric ICU nurse. Participants will work closely with coordinators, unit educators, clinical experts, preceptors, faculty, and multidisciplinary team members.
