Bullock Construction, Inc. is looking for an experienced Railroad Superintendent to join our team. Must be willing to travel. New projects are located in York, PA as well as other locations along the East Coast, to include MD, DE, NC, SC, GA and TN. You will be responsible for coordinating, directing and supervising crews involved in the construction, maintenance, inspection and repair of railroad tracks, including the installation of new tracks and the rehabilitation of existing ones.
Oversee new track installations and the rehabilitation of existing tracks to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Monitor and resolve operational issues to maintain smooth train movements. Ensure the maintenance and reliability of tracks, signals and other infrastructure. Manage the scheduling and logistics of construction and maintenance projects. Enforce stringent safety protocols and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and safety Maintain accurate records of job costs, production and daily reports. Perform other related duties as assigned.

In this role, you will have a direct reporting relationship to ATI's District Director. This is a management role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, supervision of clinic staff as well as patient treatment. The Clinic Director role may span management of between approximately 1-3 clinics. Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics as directed by your manager. Responsible for clinic staffing levels Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district leadership team. Cultivate relationships with patients and the community. Build a team culture that aligns with ATI's mission. Support the development of team members to ensure high performance. This includes feeling comfortable in providing critical feedback when necessary and annual performance development discussions. Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through all phases of physical therapy with an emphasis on compassionate, comprehensive, and evidenced-based approaches, restoring patients to full functionality. Complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes. Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources.
