El candidato ideal tendr amplios conocimientos del entorno de fabricacin en general para incluir, capaz de trabajar con seguridad, capaz de mecanizar tolerancias +/- .001, rectificado de herramientas de precisin, el uso de puentes gra, ergonoma y equipos de inspeccin. Este puesto de maquinista requiere la autoinspeccin de piezas, la capacidad de utilizar la trigonometra para encontrar dimensiones, la comprensin de las tolerancias geomtricas y la capacidad de trabajar de forma segura y eficiente. Este es un rol de 2do turno: Lunes - Jueves 3:30 pm - 2:00 am (5% diferencial de turno) Responsabilidades: Ejecutar piezas de fundicin en mquinas CNC. Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia y bien organizada en todo momento, manteniendo todas las herramientas y maquinaria para un funcionamiento eficiente y seguro. Mecanizar con precisin dentro de una tolerancia de +/- 0,001 y estar familiarizado con las impresiones con tolerancias geomtricas. Comprender y manejar mquinas, herramientas y equipos de medicin de forma adecuada y segura. Comodidad con todo tipo de equipos de medicin de precisin y trabajo en los sistemas ingls y mtrico. Experiencia con plumas y puentes gra para levantar piezas de fundicin de gran tamao. Cumplir todos los procedimientos y polticas de seguridad. Completar todos los cursos de seguridad Pure Safety y otros cursos de seguridad que se requieran. Requisitos: Maquinista/Programador CNC con conocimientos y experiencia en programacin de software CAM EdgeCAM o similar. Experiencia en el uso e interpretacin de instrumentos de medicin de precisin, como micrmetros, relojes comparadores y medidores de profundidad. Capacidad demostrada para leer e interpretar planos, tolerancias geomtricas y acabados durante la aplicacin del mecanizado. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en un entorno CIP. Capacidad para leer e interpretar instrucciones y planos Capacidad para seguir instrucciones complejas verbales y escritas Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante periodos prolongados, movimientos repetitivos de los brazos, levantamiento frecuente con levantamiento ocasional de hasta 50 lbs. Capacidad para trabajar horas extras cuando sea necesario Diploma de Educacin Secundaria/GED o suficientes aos de experiencia en lugar de educacin. Habilidades preferidas: Formacin, titulacin o certificacin de maquinista relacionada con el mecanizado.
