Your ability to read and interpret construction drawings, RFDS, port diagrams, and tower/mount structural analysis will be essential in executing projects with precision. You will also take charge of training and developing Tower Technicians and Tower Foreman according to our Career Advancement Matrix (CAM). You'll experience a variety of physical positions and may encounter occasional uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite. Enduring all weather conditions, from hot and cold to humidity and rain, you'll work diligently while wearing the necessary safety equipment to protect yourself, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel-toed boots. To thrive in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the wireless industry, with at least 2 years in a Tower Foreman role leading wireless crews. An OSHA30 certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is also necessary.
